Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically, and help keep those babies happy. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

You have more than earned a little time with your own Body Back®, mama. This is an 8-week Transformation experience. You will dedicate TWO hours TWICE a week to yourself, for EIGHT WEEKS!

BBT is an 8-week result based journey. You will focus on your mind and body, improving your overall health and well being. BBT is designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you.

Take your run training to the next level with our EIGHT week guided training program for ALL levels. Whether you want to train for a 5K or 10K race with us, have a personal running goal, or simply want the support and structure of a run training program, we provide at-home and in-person opportunities to train, learn and connect!

Run Club+ is an 8-week training program which includes;

Through Run Club+ you will gain endurance, build towards your running goal, learn to listen to your body, and get access to complimentary workout classes.

Join us at our Run Club community meet up. We welcome moms of all stages, kids of all ages, as well as friends and family members! Our FIT4MOM Run Club Coach will lead you in a family-friendly warm-up, then lead a self-paced run to meet your skill level. There is no cost to attend.

The country's only stroller-based barre class! Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. This workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, pilates, and yoga to help you regain posture and alignment while strengthening your body from the inside out. Stroller Barre® will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

Our Village Yoga for the Mamas is a 60 minute class, and an opportunity for you to recharge without the kids. We will stretch, lengthen, and strengthen the parts of our body that are vulnerable, sore, or tired from pregnancy and motherhood. This is an all levels yoga class with elements of vinyasa flow and iyengar style hatha.
