WHAT TO BRING (Stroller Strides®): Please bring a stroller (jogger is not required); water, sunscreen, snacks for kiddos, and a mat or towel. We are a babywearing-friendly group, so feel free to bring along a soft-structured carrier for wearing.

WHERE TO PARK: The best place to park is around the perimeter of Doyle Hollis Park, street parking. We meet near the basketball courts.

HOW TO FIND US: Once you park, you'll see a group of friendly moms with strollers in workout gear. Stroll on up and introduce yourself! You'll be greeted by your friendly instructor and other moms.

An indoor alternative when air or weather sends us indoors -- during the week mamas get free entry to hang out and play at The Rec Room after Stroller Strides! Tell the front desk you're here for Stroller Strides and they'll point you to the room where we're getting our workout!
